1. Scope of coaching
ALL IN Coaching provides personalized training programming, nutrition guidance, progress check-ins, and adjustments according to the package you select (Foundation, Transformation, or Elite VIP). It does not include in-person supervision, medical care, or diagnosis or treatment of any condition.
2. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during onboarding, including relevant limitations
- Obtain medical clearance where appropriate before beginning training
- Communicate promptly about pain, injury, or changes in health status
- Complete check-ins on the schedule for your package
3. Coach responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized program within three business days of completed onboarding
- Provide check-ins and adjustments on the schedule for your package
- Respond within the timeframe stated for your package
4. Initial commitment
Coaching begins with an initial 12-week commitment, after which it continues month-to-month. See the Cancellation Policy for full terms.
5. Assumption of risk
Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge this risk and confirm you are physically able to participate, or have obtained medical clearance to do so.
6. Results vary
Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and other factors, and are not guaranteed.
7. Termination
ALL IN Coaching may terminate coaching for non-payment, abusive conduct, or safety concerns.
