By using this website and applying for or purchasing ALL IN coaching, you agree to these Website Terms, the Coaching Agreement, the Cancellation Policy, and the Health Disclaimer.

2. Recurring billing

Coaching packages are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis through Stripe. By checking out, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

3. Pricing

Current monthly prices are shown on the coaching packages page at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change for future billing periods with notice.

4. No guarantee of results

Coaching outcomes depend on many individual factors, including consistency and effort. ALL IN Coaching does not guarantee specific results.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including programs, written materials, and video, is the property of ALL IN Coaching and may not be redistributed without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALL IN Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the coaching service or this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the coaching service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
